How does facial recognition attendance work?
You can currently upload photos and record attendance manually. Automatic recognition is not enabled yet. The demonstration shows the planned identification and review process.
What if someone is missing or prefers not to use their image?
You can add them to the register manually. Photo attendance requires the relevant setup and applicable consent. A manual alternative is always available.
Does gymindex decide when to promote a student?
The coach makes that decision. Class, attendance and grade history give you context to assess consistency alongside technical ability.
Can I see who has paid and when they renew?
Each student's record brings together their fee, recorded payments and next renewal. The payments view helps you find outstanding fees without checking every student individually.
Does it support multiple disciplines or locations?
Yes. You can organise BJJ, judo, Muay Thai, MMA, karate and other activities within the same academy, and view each location separately.
How does adding locations affect the price?
The first location is €49 per month and each additional location is €29. Annual billing is €490 and €290 respectively. Each location includes 500 active students. Taxes and payment fees are separate.
